Great episode as always, Stephen! I especially loved the trip down memory lane re: technology (my first computer was also a C64...still have it in the basement, as a matter of fact). Oh 5 min load times, how I miss thee....

Indeed. I used to love loading the tapes and watching the flickering lines as the game loaded. I was lucky in that my dad was a programmer so I had a c64 with a proper monitor and a disc drive. My god the speed of those discs over tapes was amazing.

I even bought a few spare c64's years later at a school jumble sale. The transformer on the 64 was always quick to burn with some models so I got some new c64's with their transformers. They're all in my parents attic somewhere along with my NES and Megadrive
